The most successful capital campaigns to build important cultural, educational, humanitarian and religious facilities in the history of American philanthropy have had as common denominators distinguished families whose leadership gifts were accompanied by prestige and credibility and inspired others to follow.

The unprecedented success of the campaign to build the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts is directly attributable to the families and organizations that have made gifts of $1 million and more through the campaign’s Capstone, Cornerstone and Founding Family donor programs.

The Center will include the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, Annette Strauss Artist Square, City Performance Hall, and the Grand Plaza.
